Missy has lived in Eaton most of her life and has 20 years experience in the personal lines insurance industry; 18 of which as a licensed agent and client service represenative. She actually got her start with Simon Insurance in 1986 and was with the agency through the infamous fire of 1987. In 1990 she left Simon to further her education and career in a large Dayton area agency, where she obtained her Certified Inusrance Service Represenative (CISR) designation, and began working towards achieving her status as a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). In 2000 Missy had the opportunity to bring her expertise back to her home town and the agency where it all started. She completed her CIC designation in 2002. Missy is currently employed as an agent, and account service represenative primarily servicing clients with last names beginning with J - M, as well as being the manager of our personal lines department.

Katie is the newest agent to the agency. She has lived in Preble County most of her life. Katie has a lot of experience as she has been working in the insurance industry for 11 years. She joined our team in April of 2007 and is currently licensed to sell all personal lines insurance. She intends to further her insurance education by working towards a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation. She is also an account service representative primarily servicing clients with the last names beginning with A - I.

Teresa is a long-time resident of Preble County and began her career in the insurance industry with our agency in 1994. She obtained her Ohio Property and Casualty license in November 1999 and has specialized in personal lines insurance ever since. She successfully completed her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation in November 2005. Teresa is currently employed as an agent and account service representative primarily servicing clients with last names beginning with N - Z.

Laura is a Montgomery County native boasting 23 years experience in the insurance industry. Laura has specialized in all areas of property casulty insurance beginning in Personal Lines the first half of her career and the moving on to the Commercial Lines branch of the business. She obtained her Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 2002. Laura joined our team of professionals in 2003 and was brought on specifically to expand our Commercial Lines Insurance Department. She is currently employed as an agent and services the majority of our Commercial Lines clients.
